CS3 wins $4.5M award with NAVFAC in Maizuru and Atsugi, Japan

March 2014

Following the January '13 award and stellar performance of security services by CS3 as subcontractor in support of NAVFAC's Global Contingency Services Multiple Award Contract (GCSMAC) program, CS3 successfully competed as prime for an opportunity to continue its work in Japan for three more years!

With this award procured through Seaport-e (the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management), CS3 worked with Chenega Global Services to submit its bid under their existing Seaport-e contract vehicle.

Leveraging its exceptional past performance as a subcontractor, along with several other OCONUS DOD programs that include work in Japan and within the Pacific region, CS3 was proud to win this award and continue its support of NAVFAC's mission overseas.

Our team of highly specialized personnel, most of whom are long-time veterans of Chenega's security services programs, provide continuous protective services in support of US Navy and host nation defense missions. In addition to mission-specific security training, all members of our team underwent cultural and basic language training and have fully immersed themselves into the local communities in which they are assigned.

Operating in multiple Japan locations, CS3 and the entire Security SBU is very proud to continue Chenega's legacy of securing the defense assets of our Nation and its allies.
