CS3 is a company within the Security Strategic Business Unit of the Chenega Corporation.

CS3 (pronounced "C-S-cubed") is a wholly-owned, Alaska Native, limited liability subsidiary firm of Chenega Corporation. Established in January, 2011, CS3 provides CONUS and OCONUS Professional Protective and Facility Support Services in the federal government market space. The CS3 Leadership Team, comprised of Doug Datka, CS3 President and Brad Naylor, Director of Operations, have more than 50 years of combined military and civilian sector security experience, the vast majority at senior management and executive levels. Their experience within the Security and Defense Industry provides a strong base of experience and business relationships that assist in the management of complex geographically dispersed federal and commercial contracts. CS3 leverages Chenega Corporation's mature business systems, policies, procedures, financial stability, and ISO certified processes to minimize risk to Chenega as well as our customers and teaming partners.

Our Team

Mr. Brad Naylor, CS3 General Manager

Mr. Naylor provides executive oversight for all business activities including Operations, Financial Management, Business Development, and oversees all field operations and support services for both domestic and OCONUS contracts. Mr. Naylor brings over 28 years of experience as a Protective Services Manager, Police Officer, and Investigator. Mr. Naylor’s management experience in the security industry also includes Director of Operations for Chenega Security & Support Solutions, LLC., Chenega Integrated Systems, LLC., and the Quality & Training Manager for Chenega Corporation and its subsidiary, CSPS, LLC, and managing security services for the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration headquarters as Project Manager. Mr. Naylor maintains Law Enforcement and Private Security instructor certifications and credentials across multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Jesus (Jay) Vergel, CS3 Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Mr. Jesus (Jay) Vergel reports directly to the General Manager. Mr. Vergel has over has over 20 years of experience in Government security contract management. Mr. Vergel is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing security programs. For developing the organizations strategy and mission statement along with implementing recognition, coaching, corrective practices to align the staff with company goals and objectives. He directs the daily operations by prioritizing the client, employees and all organizational requirements. His responsibilities include managing the operations and administration of all security contracts, he develops policies and procedures as well as providing guidance. Mr. Vergel leads a team with an emphasis on employee recognition, the development of programs, efficiencies and relationship partnering with our clients.
