Recognition and Retirement of CS3's NASA Kennedy Space Center Chief of Security, Timothy J. Imka

On Friday February 28th, 2014, Chenega Security & Support Solutions had the privilege of bidding a proud farewell to Chief Timothy J. Imka, the Chief of Security for the CS3 NASA Kennedy Space Center Protective Services Contract since 2011. Chief Imka distinguished himself through exceptional service to NASA while serving in multiple positions of increasing responsibility, culminating as Chief of Security for CS3.

Following his selfless service of over twenty years in the United States Air Force where he retired as a Master Sergeant, Chief Imka was employed with Pan Am World Services, Johnson Controls, Space Gateway Support and CS3 in his service to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Kennedy Space Center. His integrity and commitment to excellence were the driving forces behind his actions and success throughout his career. Chief Imka’s contributions to the public safety and security of the missions of both NASA and the Air Force since 1963 reflect distinct credit upon himself, CS3, the NASA Kennedy Space Center Protective Services team, his family, and surrounding communities.
